Attorney -- Flextime/Part-time

Our Flextime Division has several new, high-level positions, as detailed below.  Headed by Inna Idelchik Swinton, Esq., our Flextime Division focuses on alternative work arrangements for attorneys.  Inna herself is a former Cadwalader attorney who has a flexible work schedule to care for her 2-year-old daughter.  Currently, we have the following flextime positions:

CORPORATE:  Major Firm Spinoff, venture cap, private equity a+, 20-25 hrs/week, to $150K

PATENT:  Midsized Firm, prosecution, 20+ hrs/week, Perm to $150K (3 days/week), Temp to $100/hr

SALES:  National Consulting Co, 100% from home OK, salary to $120K + substantial commissions

TAX:  International Consulting Co, need international tax experience, 3 to 4 days/week OK, to $215K (4 days/week)

TRADEMARK:  Midsized firm, prosecution or TTAB litigation experience, 20+ hrs/week, Perm to $150K (3 days/week), Temp to $85/hr
