Attorney HR Coordinator

Dewey & LeBoeuf is currently seeking an Attorney HR Coordinator.  The Attorney HR Coordinator will work closely with members of the Attorney HR team to coordinate all aspects of Legal HR administration, including day-to-day responsibilities and ongoing projects.

 

Responsibilities:Prepares and conducts attorney orientationOversees completion of HR paperwork for all transactions globallyResponds to inquiries about HR policies and proceduresCompiles firmwide statistics for various law firm publications and diversity initiativesProvides attorney data to other departments as appropriateMonitors leave of absences and assists with FMLA issuesActs as point person for New York fall associates and assists with coordination of onboarding processAssists with the annual budget, salary and bonus processesAssists with secondments, transfer and visasWorks on additional projects as needed

Qualifications:Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerpointAbility to work well in a fast paced environmentAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyMust have excellent organizational skills and attention to detailCollege degree and a minimum of 1 year of HR-related work experienceExperience with ADP is a plus
