Three different positions:1.  Experienced Intellectual Property Attorney with 3-5 years experience needed for a position in a chemistry and pharmaceuticals patent practice. Must have: Masters or Ph.D. in organic chemistry or related science with a strong background in chemistry and Patent Bar admission. Excellent academic credentials required. 2.  Intellectual Property Attorney needed for a position in a patent practice. Position involves patent application preparation and prosecution, third party patent studies, intellectual property due diligence, infringement litigation support, and license agreement drafting and negotiation. Position requires undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with superior academic credentials. Relevant industry experience is preferred. Candidate must be eligible to sit for the patent bar examination. Excellent academic credentials required. 3.  Staff attorney sought for patent practice. Position involves patent application preparation and prosecution. Position requires undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
