Litigators with 4-7 years of commercial litigation experience.

 

Sophisticated Real Estate Developer Attorneys.  Are you an attorney responsible for drafting complex real estate development project and transaction documents?  Clybourn Corridor Law Firm seeks attorneys with at least 5 years experience in condominium and mixed-use project document drafting.  Your responsibilities will include counseling large real estate developers on project documentation, structuring and legal planning of complex developments consisting of multiple HOAs, condominium documentation, and easements and operating agreements for vertical and horizontal building divisions.  Bring your expertise.  The firm will provide you with a sophisticated staff of real estate professionals that represent leading real estate developers in Illinois.
