Duties and Responsibilities:

· Negotiation and drafting of bulk lease agreements;

· Negotiation and drafting of master service agreements;

· Drafting and revising of legal descriptions of property descriptions;

· Negotiation and drafting of modifications to non-disturbance agreements, easement and assignment agreements, title commitments and other transaction documentation;

· Review, analysis and abstracting of legal documents including deeds, leases, easements, surveys and other title documents;

· Prepare recommendations regarding business and legal substance of transactions for approval by management;

· Determination of acceptability of submissions and approving payments to field representatives;

· Engaging outside contractors including title companies, surveyors and counsel subject to approval by manager;

· Correspondence with field representatives, owners, owners' counsel, title representatives, outside counsel and others to produce appropriate documentation of transaction and obtain necessary consents and approvals to close transactions;

· Filing documents, both in paper and electronic form, regarding each transaction;

· Prepare and issue notifications of transactions as appropriate, including requests for estoppels;

· Tracking and prioritizing of work on assigned transactions;

· Reporting on status and issues on assigned transactions

Education and/or Experience 

Juris  Doctorate (J. D.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
