Attorney -- Prominent Solo Practitioner

Solo practitioner (former major firm associate) with thriving practice in midtown needs to hire a mid to senior-level associate or Of Counsel. Varied practice, including commercial litigation, corporate and real estate.

Ideal candidate has both litigation and transactional experience, but will consider those with 100% commercial litigation experience.

Position can either be partnership-track associate paying to $100K, or Of Counsel relationship including a space for services and/or overflow work arrangement (at $100/hr+).
