Banking Transactions Attorney

Our client, a Fort Worth investment firm that manages several billion dollars in assets, is looking to add an attorney with 2-8 years of finance experience. This company holds a broad array of investments ranging from securities to real estate to private equity deals. This position will prepare and negotiate a variety of financing agreements, including ISDAs; equity derivative, credit derivative, total return swap, and other trading confirmations; prime brokerage agreements; securities lending agreements; and repurchase agreements.  Lawyers at the company interact with individuals from all divisions of the company, including other in-house lawyers, investment managers, the CFO, and business representatives of the company’s partners.  With a casual and open environment, reasonable hours, and an excellent compensation package, this is truly a fantastic opportunity for a finance lawyer who would like to move in-house.  Interested candidates must have significant relevant experience and strong academic credentials.
