We are currently seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney for our Rochester Hills, MI Office.  Duties include:

Monitor routine case files to ensure deadlines are maintained, interpret laws, rulings and regulations, investigate facts and legal matters to determine cause of action, draft interrogatories, requests for admissions and responses to discovery requests. Research, analyze and interpret law sources such as statutes, ordinances, court decisions and legal opinions. Attend depositions and hearings, communicate with clients, debtors, attorneys and courts to discuss legal options. Heavy negotiation skills needed to achieve final resolution of cases and arrange legal settlements. Any knowledge/experience with collections/ bankruptcy is a plus.  Prefer to be licensed in Michigan and Illinois.
