Boutique Manager

Benefit + 401kOverview: Responsible for the overall management of the Boutique.Responsibilities: •Achieve the Boutique sales objectives. •Enhance the brand's image by maintaining standards and integrity both within the boutique and outside: develop brand visibility, provide quality service and develop client networking in the Boutique's marketplace.•Plan, implement and evaluate boutique operations on an on-going basis: manage inventory ensuring an optimal level of stock in coordination with the Customer Service Department.•Provide the highest level of Customer Service, including solving clients' most complex issues and develop client loyalty.•Manage and mentor the boutique staff to achieve their performance goals.•Manage staffing, including hiring and staff development.•Provide higher Management with updated reports and in-depth analysis regarding the boutique's results.Who we're looking for• A minimum of five years prior management experience and background in luxury product selling is required.• Ability to motivate, cultivate and develop team.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem solving skills are required.• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel is required. • Foreign languages and a college degree in a related area are preferred.About our clientInternational Luxury group is seeking a Boutique Manager for luxury watch brand.What's on the offerCompetitive base salary + bonus + commission (1% on the boutique sales)Benefit + 401kFor further information please forward a detailed resume along with current salary,
