Branding/Communication Project Manager:

The North American Equities division is seeking an experienced Corporate Branding Manager to oversee all re-branding activities, communications related to an integration program.. •The Branding Manager will liaise between global work streams to ensure the re-branding efforts of all products and services from the acquisition are in compliance with the global brand in addition to the regional mandates. •The Candidate will be responsible for working with the business to identify all systems and marketing collateral (and any additional items) that need to be rebranded. •They will also need to work with other functional areas to agree on the timeline and completion of these changes.Who we're looking for• Candidate should have a broad understanding of the financial services industry (equities a plus ) as well as product marketing and/or direct mail experience. • The Branding Manager must have strong written and verbal communication skills and understand how to effectively communicate merger/integration efforts with clients, vendors and counterparties as well as be experienced in working with and communicating in a matrixed organization. • Candidate must possess advances project management skills.
