The ideal candidate will be a second or third year litigation associate. Candidates must have experience with business litigation matters. The successful candidate will join a thriving litigation practice that includes a diverse case load that includes representing financial institutions in matters of e-commerce, lender liability, RICO, unfair trade practices and fraud; credit card companies in class action suits claiming antitrust violations and unfair competition, as well as privately-held companies, insurance companies, startups, non profits and governmental agencies on issues ranging from contract breach to statutory violations. Strong preference for candidates that earned their JD degree from a Tier One law school and have only been at one law firm since graduation. Compensation is dependent on class year but is competitive with other large law firms in Los Angeles.
