Citrix Administrator

Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP a premiere national law firm is currently seeking two Citrix Administrators. Primary responsibilities include administration of applications published through the Firm's Citrix Presentation Servers, Web Interface, SecureAccess Gateway, and License Servers. The Citrix Administrator installs, implementspublishes, and configures Citrix software, applications, upgrades and patches. Ownership of application packaging/deployment (publishing), and overall day-today operations within the Citrix environment. This includes using automation tools echniques for application packaging/deployment (publishing) in Citrix. Provide third-level support related to Help Desk tickets and communications.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, and two years of experience with Citrix farm administration is required; or an equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience. Must be able to work with moderate direction and to take charge of assigned tasks. Experience must include "enterprise" or large Citrix farm implementation and support, automated application packaging/deployment, troubleshooting, and support in an enterprise is a plus. Windows 2003 Server, Citrix XPx / Metaframe Presentation Server 3.0/4.0 (4.5 is a plus), Citrix Web Interface, Citrix SecureAccess Gateway, Windows 2003 Terminal Services, Active Directory, and TCP/IP Networking. Windows based application installation and troubleshooting in Citrix. RAS Connectivity for remote sessions experience. Citrix Certifications (CCA or CCEA), Microsoft Certification (MCSE) and experience in a law firm are a plus.
