We are the nation’s leader of process server management for the mortgage industry, and have an immediate opening available for a Client Services Manager.

 

The CSM is required to build and develop strong ties with our clients.  The CSM is also responsible for making decisions that are consistent with Client and ProVest goals and objectives.  Communication and follow through is critical in this position.  The ability to research, problem solve and see the big picture is essential.

 

Position Responsibilities and Duties:  Develop existing client relationships to retain and increase total assets, revenues and profitability Effectively create the best possible customer experience and meet the clients' broad range of service needs Understanding client needs and the ability to present the broad range of ProVest services Uncovering needs and sales opportunities for existing clients and communicating this information to mgmt.Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to a group clients Ability to handle client inquiries and issues timely, responding to client requests within 30 minutes of receipt Monitor reports daily to ensure all files 10-15 days old are being managed until Close and Bill status Investigate, research and creatively problem solves all Client issues and problem files until they are resolved. Partner closely with other CSMs and Mgmt to assist in ensuring distinctive solutions and services to clients Communicate regularly with those appropriate any service issues or concerns relating to the organization Communicate to those appropriate any changes in Client specifications or Court specifications 

Requirements: Bachelors degree or relevant work experience required 1-3 years management experience in an applicable environment Knowledge in the legal field as it relates to the process service of foreclosure files Strong relationship skills and the ability to build credibility and rapport with clients Positive, energetic with excellent communication and written skills Critical thinking and problem solving skills Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Outlook and Word Ability to work in a fast paced environment
