Client Systems Specialist I

The Client Systems Specialist is responsible for updating multiple client system websites with events and communications relating to loan-specific activity within the loan default process. Duties include updating events and responding to client requests demonstrating knowledge of all phases of the process, including but not limited to:  Service of Process, Affidavits, Motion for Summary Judgment, Hearings, Defaults, Final Summary Judgment, and Sale through the clients designated website in compliance with client's guidelines.

Requirements:

Education: High School Degree or equivalent required; higher education degree a plus.  Paralegal studies preferred but not required.

Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Internet and Email (Outlook). Capable of learning new systems quickly.

Other:  Knowledge of Florida Foreclosure process preferred.  Posses excellent customer service skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be organized, ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast pace, high volume office environment. Capable of making independent decisions. Enjoys working in a team environment. Must have good research and investigation skills, and understand legal terms.
