Client Training Specialist

The company provides customers access to 5 billion searchable documents from more than 35,000 legal, news and business sources.Responsibilities The primary focus of this client training specialist position is to work with the Colorado law firm, state agency, and third party filer accounts. Primary responsibilities will include: training new and existing law firm, state agency and third party filer clients on File & Serve products via onsite group trainings, online webinars and telephonic training; creating and maintaining training materials and user guides; maintaining extensive product knowledge on File & Serve essential and premium service product lines; analyzing user data and recommending trainings based on usage; attending user meetings and documenting product feature enhancement requests; assisting in resolving escalated customer service issues; assisting accounts with billing and other account issues. This position will directly report into the Senior Project Manager for Colorado courts. There will be approximately 40% travel required throughout Colorado (including day trips and some overnight travel), as well as possible travel outside of the state. This position will be home-based and the candidate should reside in the Denver metro area, with the appropriate home office equipment provided by the company and reimbursement for high-speed Internet and home office phone.Qualifications 1. BS/BA or equivalent 2. 3+ years proven sales/client training experience 3. Prior product training experience on web based products 4. Prior experience in facilitating change within organizations 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and via telephone. 6. Demonstrate networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity and technical knowledge. 7. Ability to work as a team to accomplish mutual team goals. 8.
