Our New York Insurance Company client is seeking a Compliance Analyst for their Westchester office. Responsibilities include:

*Investigate and resolve complaints made against company agents and against policy owners

*Respond to complaints received from regulatory authorities

*Recommend disciplinary actions

*Maintain Compliance Complaint Database

*Make sure all complaints are handled in a timely manner

*Refer matters to E&O carrier where necessary

Requirements:

-2+years of insurance/annuities

-Excellent written and oral communication skills

-Prior life insurance experience, JD's and Series 7 license are all a plus
