Conflicts Analyst

Major law firm located in Manhattan is seeking a Conflicts Analyst with college degree or prior work experience in conflicts and 1 1/2 years of supervisory experience.  Ideal candidate will work under the supervision of the Business Information Services Manager.  Primarily responsible for determining existing or potential conflicts for incoming attorneys, paralegals and all other staff.  Candidate must be available to work overtime as required, exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, DTE, Adobe Acrobat, FileSurf and other firm applications.  Knowledge of American Bar Association's Model Rules of Professional Conduct.  Also have advance knowledge of conflicts, calendar and an overall understanding of a corporate law practice.  Paralegal certificate preferred or completion of an ethics course in paralegal program.
