Construction Project Accountant

Our client is looking to recruit a construction project accountant to join their growing team. The construction accountant will have be responsible for the following:• Ability to handle multiple project responsibilities with emphasis on project cost accounting and budget monitoring.• Provide project funds control services on various construction loans managed by the firm.• Responsible for the coordination and verification of project payments for multiple construction projects.Additional responsibilities for the construction project accountant are as follows:• High level of customer service.• Coordinate site inspections.• Review of site inspection reports.• Process monthly progress payments.• Reconcile costs.• Project Accounts Payable.Who we're looking forThe Construction Project Accountant will require the following qualifications:•  3+ years of construction accounting experience.•  Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.•  Experience with Foundation, Great Plains, Timberline, Maxwell, and CGC are a plus.•  Must possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess good oral and written communication skills.About our clientMichael Page International has partnered with a multi-tiered financial services, insurance, and construction consulting firm.What's on the offerOffer is commensurate upon experience.For further information please forward a detailed resume along with current salary,
