We are currently searching for a Corporate Contract Attorney to add to our team.  This position will review legal documents including: contracts, agreements, licenses and leases.  Additional responsibilities include preparing nondisclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements and various business documents.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in a major law firm and be licensed to practice in California.
