Corporate/Securities Attorneys

Gammage & Burnham is seeking 2 Corporate/Securities attorneys to expand our transaction department.  Specifically we need a senior level attorney with at least 10 years of experience and mid level associate with 4 to 5 years of experience.  The ideal candidates will have heavy expertise with both securities and corporate transactions including joint ventures, licensing agreements, mergers and acquisitions and other matters related to domestic and international transactions, plus top notch academic credentials.  Private law versus in house experience is preferred along with an established book of business for the senior level position.  Located in downtown Phoenix, Gammage & Burnham is a mid-size, full service firm specializing in business law.  We offer excellent compensation and benefits, a collegial work environment and the opportunity to work with some outstanding attorneys.  Please submit cover letter, resume and writing sample in confidence to Marsha Kendall at mkendall@gblaw.com
