Customer Service

Support the timely and accurate processing of National Criminal Record File (NCRF) searches.
· Contact various courts, law enforcement agencies, and state agencies located across the United States (by phone or via the internet) to verify or supplement information relative to NCRF searches.
· Analyze and interpret NCRF case data and ensure that the data has been appropriately documented to produce a preformatted report for our clients.
· To conduct NCRF data studies for current or potential clients
· Answer client questions as to NCRF search results and procedures.
· Utilize web tools to develop criminal history information.
· Other duties as needed. 
 Knowledge and Skills 
 · Ability to work in a production environment with specific daily production goals.
· Ability to meet quality standards.
· Good computer skills and the ability to learn a variety of programs quickly.
· Ability to take the initiative to identify and solve problems.
