This is elevated success at its best...smart, dynamic, passionate!Responsibilities This position provides high quality telephonic support and problem resolution to customers, in a manner that meets or exceeds defined department objectives to protect and increase LexisNexis revenues. This position has the primary responsibility of assisting customers with operational problems, with emphasis on resolution of customer ID and password issues. Customer Support Agents performing at this level will be required to utilize skills from training, education, experience or certifications to fulfill their daily responsibilities. In addition, this position will work in a team environment to maximize individual and team performance.Qualifications Qualified candidates must have previous experience in telephonic/personal customer contact positions, preferably in a call center environment, including working knowledge of windows operating systems, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers, and strong communication skills. Associate?s degree with a minimum of 3 years experience, or a Bachelor?s degree in business/communications or equivalent experience required.
