The company provides customers access to 5 billion searchable documents from more than 35,000 legal, news and business sources.Responsibilities Position to manage marketing mix concepts of segment messaging, brand architecture, and customer segmentation at a high level and to develop customer messaging for solution and segments to drive brand equity, revenue and profitability. Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply marketing strategies to marketing tactics.Qualifications 1. Advanced Brand Knowledge/Brand Equity: Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing mix concepts (e.g., brand/segment positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, customer segmentation). 2. Advanced Business Knowledge: Knowledge of procedures and marketing mix elements that drive increase in volume and brand equity. 3. Advanced Marketing Direction: Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing strategies (marketing programs) 4. Advanced Sales Management: Knowledge of basic sales management concepts (sell-in process, benefits/features products, channels, and training). 5. Enhancing and Sustaining the Performance of Others: Planning and supporting the contributions of individuals and the development of their skills and abilities so that they can fulfill current or future job/role responsibilities more effectively. 6. Adaptability/Flexibility: Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or in the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes or requirements. 7. Planning & Organizing: Establishing courses of action for self and other to ensure that work is completed efficiently in light of the strategies and destination of the department and organization. Strong project management skill required. 8. Communicating Effectively: Conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding; solicits input from the audience during the communication. 9. Thinking Systemically: Understanding the complexities and interdependencies of information and events in order to develop more effective solutions and ideas. 10. Building Value Based Relationship: Generating alliances internally and externally by continuously identifying and acting on those things that will create success for the company and its customers, suppliers, community. 11. Establishing Collaborative Working Relationships: Developing and using collaboration for the purpose of accomplishing work objectives; developing relationships with other individuals by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating other?s efforts and point of views. 12. Exerting Personal Influence: Persuading others to support or agree with an idea, issue or position. 13. Bachelor?s degree, preferable in Marketing.
