The company provides customers access to 5 billion searchable documents from more than 35,000 legal, news and business sources.Responsibilities This position exists to plan, coordinate, develop, proofread and facilitate education programs and materials for the Risk and Information Analytics Group in support of Customer and Sales Education objectives.Qualifications 1. BS or equivalent experience 2. 3 + years experience in developing and managing training programs; previous experience with new hire training and development programs preferred 3. Strong leadership skills 4. Experience in coaching, mentoring, project management, and courseware development activities. 5. Expertise within a product(s), technical, and/or training and development area. 6. Prior experience working in sales, information services, or training and development industries. 7. Strong organization, networking, and interpersonal skills 8. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as copywriting, editing and proofreading skills 9. Solid presentation and teaching skills 10. Previous management or leadership experience preferred but not required. 11.
