Employment Law Attorney

Firm is located in the Arlington, VA area, seeking an Employment/Labor attorney with at least 100k+ in portable business.

 

The Firm represents clients in virtually every area of business and industry, and range in size from Fortune 500 companies with thousands of employees in various locations to small, closely-held businesses.  The Firms experience in the area of labor law includes union avoidance, union decertification, election campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitration, employee handbooks and work rules, affirmative action, wage and hour disputes, occupational safety and health matters, and employment discrimination cases 

 

This position is not a litigator position; it is a client counseling position.

 

 

 

 

 

Basic Requirements:Member of Virginia BarCounsel LevelGood TenureSome litigation experience

 

This is a large firm with over six locations throughout the United States providing high potential for advancement as is expanding rapidly.  This position may start at partner depending on how much portable business is brought in by the candidate.
