Top national litigation law firm with offices in Silicon Valley seeks a litigation secretary with 3-5 years of litigation experience. This position will last from May through August, and will support summer associates.

Job Requirements: minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience with a solid understanding of case progression, discovery processes in addition to court rules and pleading formats required.

Strong attention to detail; excellent organizational and filing skills; good verbal, written communication and proofreading skills; problem solving abilities; and an ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member are essential.

Responsibilities will also include basic legal research and management of travel and schedules.

Candidate must know Word (familiar with Styles), and Outlook and be comfortable in a law firm environment.
