Estate Planning Attorney

Experienced estate planning lawyer needed for firm's existing and expanding client base.  The position calls for a lawyer with a minimum of five (preferably 10±) years of well-rounded legal experience concentrating in estate planning.  This is a position for an experienced estate planning lawyer, well grounded in estate planning, with preferably some additional tax background as well.  There are 3± income tax lawyers currently with the Firm.  We have a boutique practice concentrating on sophisticated income tax, multi-state, estate and gift, and corporate planning for closely held businesses; entity structuring; partnership agreements; shareholder agreements; and related wealth maintenance issues.  Much of the successful candidate's time will be spent on existing and ongoing projects of the firm, which carry over year to year.  The firm has a very stable client base; no marketing or portable business is required.  Excellent research, computer skills, organization, and multi-task abilities are musts.
