Exciting opportunity for experienced patent attorney w/ growing pharma company

Exciting and growing pharma company seeks IP Counsel.  Great opportunity for an experienced IP attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as company's first dedicated IP Counsel.  Position will build the IP function, manage IP portfolio, handle IP transactions, oversee outside counsel, and work with the development teams.  Candidates must be patent barred, have 5-10 years of broad IP attorney experience, and have both law firm and in-house experience.  Chemistry background and advanced science degree strongly preferred, JD required.  Business and strategy development skills a must.
