The company provides customers access to 5 billion searchable documents from more than 35,000 legal, news and business sources.Responsibilities The Front Office Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic projects within the LexisNexis Customer Insight Program portfolio. The position will lead cross-functional teams on one or more key projects. As a key member of the Customer Insight Leadership team, this candidate will drive process and system enhancements throughout the organization to support the Total Solutions business strategy with a focus on an exceptional customer relationship. The candidate will require strong systems project management, business process design, and excellent communication skills. The position also requires experience implementing enterprise-wide CRM tools, preferably Siebel, to sales, marketing, and customer support organizations.Qualifications 1. Strong experience in a similar role for a large organization including working with applications in a management capacity and as a liaison between business and IT teams is required. Customer-centric business process expertise is desired. 2. Requires highly developed interpersonal and customer-centric business process expertise along with the ability to deal with sensitive or potentially controversial situations within and across organizations. 3. Requires highly developed skills in business and/or technical analysis, project planning and negotiation. 4. Ability to function within ambiguity and drive situations to clarity. 5. Experience with the development, motivation, assessment and reward of employees including: recruiting, staff planning, coaching and counseling, performance plans and reviews, training, identification, correction of poor performance and salary administration. 6. Oracle/Siebel CRM, Siebel Analytics and system integration experience desired 7. 10 or more years experience in application project management and business process re-engineering. 8. Experience with business process mapping, project documentation including business / functional requirements, test plans, end user deployment and user adoption planning 9. Proficient with Microsoft Project, Visio, Microsoft Office 10.
