HELP DESK ANALYSTS (Day and Evening Shifts)

Venable LLP, one of the top 100 law firms in the U.S., is seeking Help Desk Analysts to work closely with users and other IT professionals in its Washington, D.C. and Baltimore offices. The successful applicants will be part of an IT Help Desk team responsible for handling escalation of user calls and providing resolutions to technical issues or problems. Two years experience in supporting MS Office/Windows XP, knowledge of network, hardware and communication applications required. Excellent customer service skills essential. Hours available for Washington, D.C. office are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., M-F, or 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., M-F; hours for Baltimore office is 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., M-F.
