GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONSo Employee Relations: Works with directors and managers in assigned areas to define and articulate the desired corporate culture. Plays an instrumental role in resolving complaints and investigation claims of harassment and discrimination.o Recruiting and Employment: Coordinates staffing and recruiting for assigned area with Field Management and HR Recruiting Manager. o Risk management/legal compliance: Stays abreast of legal issues relating to employment and employee relations. o Strategic Planning: Works with RDHR & HRVP to develop plans, programs and strategies for short- and long-term staffing and people development in assigned areas of responsibility;o Training and Development: Works with Training Manager to develop or monitor employee training programs, including technical and job skills, management development and safety. o Administration and record-keeping: Provides assistance as needed to HR department Managers overseeing the administration of the company's employee health and benefit programs, personnel records, and training and development.Who we're looking forThe successful candidate will possess: Bachelor's Degree A minimum of five (5) years of recent Human Resources experience, supporting the corporate level of a retail organization. At least two (2) years experience within a RETAIL environment Strong communication (verbal/written), presentation, organizational and management skills are essential to success.
