DSL is seeking a Human Resources Director to implement its staff recruiting and employee benefit administration programs.

 

Job Duties: o Recruit qualified candidates through various sources, including internet, referrals, law schools and other legal education institutions, and direct mail; o Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening potential candidates; o Verify candidate background information; o Create and maintain a database of qualified candidates; o Facilitate the administration of employee benefits. The Ideal Candidate for this Position: • Has strong administrative skills; • Enjoys working with people; • Has strong written and verbal communication skills; and • Is well organized and detail oriented.
