HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Phoenix office of top 200 national law firm seeks a seasoned human resources manager with experience working in a branch office of an international/national legal or professional services firm, or the home office of a large legal or professional services firm.  With the help of a small staff, the position is responsible for all staff, paralegal, and management level hiring, mentoring, counseling, evaluating, employee relations, and legal compliance issues.  Additionally there is extensive communication and coordination with the home office regarding branch HR issues.  Must have a relevant 4-year degree, a strong customer service attitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent  communication abilities.  The firm offers an exceptional culture, outstanding benefits, and salary to $80,000.

Human Resources in a law firm or professional services environment experience required.
