The ideal candidate will have two to four years of corporate and intellectual property law experience. Candidates must have experience with corporate, venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture projects matters. Experience with licensing, publishing and distribution agreements is also required. A strong academic record from a top-tier law school (top 50) is required. A technical educational or professional background is a plus! The successful candidate will work with publishers, developers and technology companies in the video game industry, as well as some of the major digital content programs with the major studios.
