IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL-BILINGUAL IN CHINESE

We are seeking experienced Immigration Paralegals who are bilingual in Chinese.  Candidates must have minimum of 2 years of experience. 

This position is for a small Immigration law firm who works with family members to obtain legal permanent residency or citizenship. They work closely with hospital or corporate employers and employees who want to obtain legal permanent residence or non-immigrant worker visas such as professional visas (H-1B), extraordinary alien worker visas (O-1), Religious visas (R-1), or other visas such as treaty visas (E-1 or E-2), fiancé (K-1), J-1, L.-1, TN, H-2B, H-3. They also work with students to negotiate the changing rules involved with obtaining and keeping their student visas (F-1) valid.
