In-House Corporate Paralegal Needed

DTC Technology Corporation has an opening for a corporate paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Preferably in the corporate legal department for a publicly-traded company. Responsibilities include working directly with the General Counsel, capable of analyzing and interpreting business reports, business correspondence, drafting and maintaining legal documents, procedure manuals, interacting with various levels of company leadership, supporting the implementation of corporate legal policies, and other legal assistant duties.  Ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a team player and able to work independently. Proficient knowledge of Adobe, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Bachelor degree and paralegal certificate are preferred.
