In-House Transactional Legal Assistant

Growing top energy company located downtown is seeking a legal assistant with a minimum of 5 years of transactional experience to support the General Counsel. Duties include calendaring, scheduling meetings and travel, experience reports, file set-up, scanning, copying and other duties as needed. Ideal candidate must be professional, bright, organized, detail-oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills. Delta View skills preferred.
