Insurance Defense Legal Secretary

Captive law firm seeks experience insurance defense legal secretary.  This position will report to two attorneys.  Desired Skills: Positive Attitude, Ethics, and International Values Experience with case management systems Self-motivated, self-starter who can make decisions independently, exercise good judgment and willing to be accountable. Ability to prioritize work and follow-through on assignments. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Willing to work overtime, as needed. Voice transcription. Performs diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. The candidate will need to be familiar with legal terminology. 2 or more years equivalent experience. At least 2 years experience as an insurance defense legal secretary. Experience in Microsoft office products and legal search engines.
