Job Description:

The Chicago office is seeking a Knowledge Systems Development Specialist who will design, code, integrate, test, document, implement, and support the Corporate Transactions Tracking web site and other Corporate knowledge systems.  Responsibilities include: implement ongoing enhancements to this site according to specifications; consult with Information Management analysts or directly with end users to clarify project objectives, current operating procedures/business processes, system requirements, data sources, and data integration with other systems; troubleshoot system problems and resolve all escalated user and technical support cases.

The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS in computer science or a related field, with 5+ years experience in web development and support.  A strong working knowledge of the latest web technologies, including ASP.Net and AJAX, SQL server, and SQL Reporting Services is required. Experience in the legal industry is a plus.  Experience with LegalKey, Interaction, and/or Interwoven is also a plus.  Candidates will be able to write efficient code and create intuitive user interfaces, to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple, complex factors, and escalate issues to management in a timely manner.  The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, strong manual and electronic organizational skills, attention to detail and communication skills are required.
