 The bustling legal division of a large and highly successful international organization is searching for a bright and organized Commercial Retail Leasing Attorney to join its Fremont-based legal team.  The Leasing Attorney will be responsible for negotiating with shopping center landlords, reviewing and customizing voluminous leases and agreements, and ensuring that contract language is favorable to and fairly represents the interests of the organization. 

 Only those attorneys in possession of valid retail leasing experience (3-12 years) will be considered for this position - the Leasing Attorney must possess the ability to hit the ground running.

LEASING PARALEGAL NEEDED FOR INHOUSE POSITION IN FREMONT

 The bustling legal division of a large and highly successful international organization is searching for a bright and organized Commercial Retail Leasing Paralegal to join its Fremont-based legal team.  The Leasing Paralegal will be responsible for non-attorney level negotiations and discussions with shopping center landlords, reviewing and fine-tuning voluminous commercial retail leases and agreements with attorney guidance, proofing and making recommendations to the attorneys, and ensuring that contract language is appropriate. 

 Only Paralegals in possession of valid retail leasing experience will be considered for this position - the Leasing Paralegal must possess the ability to hit the ground running.  Unfortunately, Paralegals without specific retail leasing experience will NOT be contacted to interview.
