Legal Records/Legal Support Services Manager to 55K

 

Multi-office Phoenix based law firm seeks a legal records manager who will also supervise the support services staff.

 

This law firm has approximately 60 lawyers based in Phoenix and Tucson.

 

The Legal Records Manager will develop and administer the legal records department as well as supervise the normal support services positions including photocopying, runners, mail etc. The position will also include the responsibility for purchasing, office moves, and maintenance and repair of equipment, as well as budget responsibility for the records and services functions.

 

Prior law firm experience is preferred but not an absolute necessity. The ideal candidate will, however, have worked in an environment that includes a computerized records system, and will be proficient in the software supporting that system.
