LITIGATION SUPPORT (Manager) - National Litigation Firm - to $110,000

Top ranked National Trial Litigation law firm with large offices in Downtown Los Angeles seeks a Senior Litigation Support Specialist. This is a manager position.

The Firm's main office is in LA. Ivy league attorneys, super casual dress, three bonuses per year on top of base salary, 35 hour work weeks, full bonus, savings, parking, benefits start right away.

You will report to the Litigation Support Director. You will be responsible for managing cases, educating attorneys regarding best practices in the collection and processing of documents, managing vendors, promoting the effective use of litigation support applications by providing support and technical assistance with designing, developing and maintaining databases in Concordance, iCONNECT nxt and other imaging and database retrieval systems.

The ideal candidate will: - be able to support attorneys re: litigation support; great communication of technical concepts to non-technical personnel in a clear manner; Knowledge of process underlying litigation cases (electronic discover, document productions, printing, etc.); Minimum of four(4)years experience managing and maintaining Concordance, Summation or similar level database system in a law firm; Experience with iCONNECT nxt and Concordance highly preferred - LiveNote also useful; Solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Windows 2000/XP, MS-DOS and flat files (CSV).

Responsibilities will include managing litigation support projects, create databases, image bases, manage vendors providing outsourcing services, consulting with attorneys and staff, providing training.
