An established law firm has offices throughout California and works with public clientele. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of relevant experience working with public clientele. Areas of expertise that are desirable- negotiations, strike actions, contract administration and grievance handling, employee relations and personnel policies, statutory and constitutional practice, administrative proceedings, disciplinary proceedings, law enforcement representation and pension issues. Candidates must have earned their JD degree from an accredited law school and have a strong academic record. Compensation is dependent on experience level.
