 My Client, an innovative financial services company and provider of stored and prepaid card solutions, and located in Tampa Bay area.  Currently they are seeking an attorney experienced in banking to join their dynamic staff of financial professionals.   The successful individual must be well versed in the patriot act, banking security and other compliance related issues. To be considered for this position: Establish and continuously evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules and guidelines relative to prepaid card services. Transaction analyses, compliance reviews and training development for staff Advise senior management and operational leadership in a timely fashion of compliance related updates /changes or new laws.
