More information about Thomson Reuters and its financial performance can be found on www.ThomsonReuters.comThe Small Law Firm Legal Account Management Representative is responsible for leveraging their Juris Doctor / law degree to increase and retain Westlaw revenue, usage and market share in small law firm accounts. The SLF Account Representative works with the customer over the phone utilizing skills related to legal research, teaching, sales and marketing. Responsibilities include: Meets and exceeds goals of increasing Westlaw customer retention, revenue, and usage in assigned territory through telephone training and other activities. Contacts via telephone required number of customers per day to provide customers with training on Westlaw and to consult with decision makers on research needs and satisfaction of Westlaw. Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding/expertise in Westlaw, product enhancements, persuasion and negotiation skills, business systems, pricing and promotion, SAM and West objectives and other applications as appropriate. Partner with appropriate Sales Representatives across all channels to achieve retention and customer training goals as well as overall customer satisfaction. Accurately log and report daily activities via various business systems and departmental processes. Perform other related duties/special projects as directed by Manager in a timely and accurate manner. J.D. required 1-2 years legal experience preferred Customer retention and revenue focus and sales aptitude required Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and Internet required Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone required High degree of professionalism and flexibility required Customer centric focus required Well-developed negotiation skills required Ability to multitask using phone and computer eight hours per dayThomson Reuters employees take pride in providing our customers around the world with information that is timely, accurate, unbiased and trusted.
