LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Summary:
This position will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Staff VP and Assistant General Counsel and the entire corporate legal department.
Duties & Responsibilities: Handle administration of Arbitration program, including handling intakes of arbitration complaints and set-up and maintenance of arbitration files, timely processing and delivery of all procedural paperwork, telephone interaction with parties to the arbitration and the arbitrators themselves, coordinating scheduled and setting up hearings. Post documents online for all Association directors’ meetings, type and maintain documents such as agendas and motions for Subsidiaries’ directors meetings. Answer calls, respond to members requests for information, organize meetings for attorneys, create and maintain spreadsheets for insurance programs.

Skills & Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills Outstanding customer service orientation(friendly, professional, quick follow-ups) High level of organizational skills, very detail-oriented. High School Degree required; more advanced degree preferred. Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with business software applications (MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
