A full service Law Firm is looking to hire a Billing Specialist

Job Summary:

Performs a variety of client accounting functions including

Auditing and posting client bills

Process and correct generic importer tasks

Assist with month-end report generation and distribution

Respond to inquiries from end users

Assist with other accounting functions in the New York Office.

Job Requirements:

Associates Degree

3+ years of related experience in a law firm.

Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Computer literacy and basic spreadsheet and word processing skills

Knowledge of Rainmaker a plus
