Legal Counsel, Employment and Corporate Services Legal Counsel, Employment and Corporate ServicesEA is looking for an attorney to focus on employment law issues in support of the HR group and to provide general legal support for EA’s other Corporate groups (i.e., Facilities, Finance, Corporate Development, Corporate Communications).Responsibilities- Provide legal advice to HR and managers on all types of employment law matters, including hiring, discipline, and termination, wage and hour rules, disability accommodation, harassment, OFCCP, trade secret protection, investigations, and litigation- Assist in development, implementation, and enforcement of company policies and various compliance initiatives- Support HR in connection with due diligence and integration for merger and acquisition activities- Provide group training to HR and managers on employment law issues and business ethics- Assist with transactional projects, contracts, and other general legal advice for EA's Corporate groupsQualifications- Practicing attorney with 2-6 years experience in labor and employment law in a law firm and/or in-house legal department- Familiarity with/ability to effectively research and understand laws relating to employment issues- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters; experience handling real estate, professional services, and licensing agreements and issues a plus- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to establish effective relationships with all levels of management- High integrity, well organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure- In-house counsel experience preferred but not required- JD required  To be considered for this position, please apply directly at: http://jobs.ea.com/pljb/ElectronicArts/United_States/applicant/jobClick.jsp?count=1&id=7554
