Are you looking for an alternative way to use your legal degree?  Do you enjoy building strong relationships?  We are a nation-wide legal placement firm that has an exciting opportunity in our Manhattan headquarters.

We seek a high-energy, self-motivated attorney /JD with excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills to join the dynamic team. You will wear many hats as you:

 

*Actively recruit legal professionals from various sources and venues

*Review resumes

*After locating potential candidates, phone screen the prospects.  Schedule interview appointments and meet with candidates.  Input file and notes from interviews into database

*Screen and recommend these legal professionals to be placed on assignments at major law firms

*Troubleshoot, problem solve, and provide quality control

*Build candidate relationships

*Manage day-to-day candidate needs such as: resume advice and interview preparation.  Field candidate calls regarding placements, questions/concerns, etc

*Manage the staffing process from start to finish

*Work as a valuable member of a team

 

You must have ability to juggle multiple tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a sense of humor. If you are responsible, dedicated, flexible, and fun, and you love people and the phone, then we want to hear from you!
