($65-$70K)     This beautiful firm is looking for a legal secretary with a blended Corporate and Litigation background to join their Santa Monica office!Qualifications •  5+ years experience as a legal secretary •  Knowledge of State, Federal Appellate court filing rules and deadlines (including E-filing) •  Experience with the preparation and editing of motions, pleadings and appellate briefs, arbitration briefs, discovery documents and trial documents. •  Knowledge of multiple software programs including MS Office, DeltaView Redlining program, Legal Solutions and IManage.Please note that this firm is looking to move fast!
